Greet, welcome and host clients and visitors
Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls; including managing office voicemail and hold music
Plan, schedule and manage agency appointments, meetings, projects and events
Manage all outgoing and incoming delivery services including US mail/FedEx/Bonnie Speed, etc.
Inventory and stock all office supplies; including comping materials, kitchen and bathroom essentials, etc.
Coordinate vendors and the services they provide (copier/printer, window cleaning, office cleaning, etc.)
Maintain physical space organization and tidiness according to agency specifications; including kitchen, conference room and shared work spaces
Administrative and clerical duties as needed
Other duties as assigned
