CHRISTOPHER FERRANTI, CEO
Christopher has 25+ years of experience working with clients such as Target, Warner Bros., Winterthure Museum, Sherwin-Williams and Cleveland State University. During that time, he has evolved his creative roots into that of a businessman without losing his passion for creative direction. He serves on the American Advertising Federation (AAF) Cleveland Chapter’s Board of Directors.

HENRY FREY, President
Henry is enjoying a 25+ year career in design and photography. World traveled, he has worked for clients such as F. Schumacher, Arhaus Furniture and American Woodmark, among others. Henry’s specializations include being flourish’s resident photo-stylist and home fashions expert. A Kent State Graduate, Henry earned his BFA in Visual Communications and Design.

STEVE SHUMAN, Creative Director
After earning his Masters in Visual Communication Design from Kent State University, Steve went on to practice design in Chicago with United States Gypsum (USG). He also worked in Switzerland, where he helped re-brand and design a Way-Finding System for the Zurich International Airport. Steve’s talents are multifaceted, with a broad range of experience in many different disciplines, including creative direction, design and photography.

LISA FERRANTI-WHANGER, Media Director
After earning her B.A. in English at The University of Akron, Lisa engaged in a career in agency media planning/buying and media sales. Her 25+ years in the business have included working with such clients as the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Kimberly-Clark, ConAgra, and Cleveland State University, among others. Lisa’s belief in a “right-brain and left-brain” approach to media leads to solutions that are both creative and practical.
