Hawken School
Hawken School is an independent, coeducational college preparatory day school serving students in preschool through grade 12 from nine counties in Northeast Ohio. Hawken was faced with addressing fragmented audiences (current student community, board, alumni, prospects), which had led to fragmented messaging. Historical traditional and conservative marketing and advertising tactics no longer matched Hawken’s forward-focused approach. flourish implemented a campaign built on “Hawken Ready,” which was the cornerstone of Hawken’s real-world education platform, to differentiate Hawken from other private education institutions in the area. We created a microsite in line with the campaign to help attract and educate prospective families on the benefits of Hawken. A customized media plan better targeted fragmented audiences, and integrated new, less conservative mediums than in the past.
