Cleveland State University (CSU)
Cleveland State University, a leading regional university serving primarily Northeast, Ohio, had a longstanding image issue, often thought of as a “third choice” school. CSU’s communications were historically inconsistent and diluted, fragmented to various audiences, and did not convey the “new and improved” story CSU had to tell. After a competitive pitch, flourish won the CSU business, and has been effective working with CSU’s internal marketing and admissions group to begin to bring perception about CSU up-to-date with reality. flourish implements multi-media campaigns for CSU, customized to parent and student audiences, designed to raise awareness of CSU’s higher quality image, as well as to drive applications, and attendance at campus events.
